Having taken careful notes of your requirements we will arrange to show you a range of carefully selected properties and provide you with the necessary background information, which will enable you to make decisions about which to purchase.

We will negotiate the purchase price on your behalf, arrange for the compromis de vente (sales agreement) to be translated into English and cover any concerns you may have. We also, as part of our service, arrange to open a bank account on your behalf, arrange insurance on your property (mandatory in France) and have water, electricity and telephone connected as required. We can also put you in touch with registered artisans to carry out renovation or alteration work if you so wish.

If your new property is a holiday home we can also hold keys on your behalf and carry out garden maintenance.

We are only a 1 hour drive from the Quiberon south coast and 80 mins from St Malo (north coast). Being in the south of Brittany, Morbihan has a warmer climate than the rest of Brittany. With the mild winters and warm summers, it's attractions can be enjoyed all year round.
